Our Farming Practices
At Southern Shamrock Farm, we're committed to sustainable and responsible farming practices. We grow heirloom varietals of fruits and vegetables in our no-till market garden using organic practices. Our working animals - including Runner Ducks, goats, and Livestock Guardian Dogs - are hard at work fertilizing, weeding, and eating up pests. All meat animals are pasture raised with love, and the difference shines through with beautiful quality! All animal and food waste is composted and incorporated into the garden to promote fresh, living soil, and we use natural fertilizers and pest control methods to ensure that our crops are healthy and free from harmful chemicals. We believe that by taking care of our land and animals, we can provide our customers with the highest quality products.
